As
you may or may not know, more than a dozen years ago…I started a home based
business, making a ton of dough working from home at my kitchen table…in my
underwear!

originally, I only had one product to sell, and until I discovered Joint

the miracle of Joint Ventures!
See,
once I got my original business started, it was making good money on the front
end. (“front end”, means the first sale to a new customer. I saw, however, that
was not going to last forever. I knew from listening to people like Dan Kennedy,
Jay Abraham, Seth Godin, Jim Fleck, Ted Nicholas, many others and from my own
intuition, that I had better find some back end products (“back end” sales means
repeat sales of other products to sell to my customers) to sell. But at the
time, I had nothing else I thought I could sell to my customers.
In fact, Dan Kennedy was the first guy I
approached and set up a program where I would sell his courses and information
to our customers...and work out a split arrangement with him on the profits.
Once I did that and saw how easy and successful

By definition, a Joint Venture is any arrangement where you're working with some
other party.

the common or legal sense) to corporations to S-corporations or other business
structures like Distributor deals, co-marketing ventures, royalty deals,
licensing deals and many more.
Or, Joint Ventures can simply be an arrangement
where you sell someone else's product and split the profits or income.
Or, they can be where you sell your product to
other people’s customers!
Or, they can be where you use other people’s
money to sell your products…or even someone else’s products!
Or, they can be anything in between! For example,
at the time I'm writing this letter, I'm involved in over twenty different Joint
Ventures with outside parties (other than my wife, Peggy...our Joint Venture
goes back twenty-seven years, and it's still going strong, thank goodness!)
As a matter of fact, the company providing you
this product and information now...is a Joint Venture!
See, the whole concept
of a Joint Venture is people putting their heads, and/or their money, and/or
their products, and/or their customers together...to come up with something
better than they would individually!
Now, most all of this is familiar. In fact,
Joint Ventures go as far back as people have recorded history. (In ancient
times, the Egyptians worked with the Sumerians on building projects and so
forth.)
But, a lot of people today still don't understand
Joint Ventures. They want to know exactly what to do and how to do Joint
Ventures the RIGHT WAY!
Because these questions come up so frequently, we
decided to put together this program...to help you get the specific information
you need to get into Joint Ventures; sharing our own insider secrets
that you simply won't learn anywhere else!

So, now that we've defined a Joint Venture as
simply one or more parties working together to their mutual benefit -- and as an
arrangement that can be set up in lots of different ways -- let's look at a
couple of examples of how Joint Ventures work. (Later, we'll explain the
program we've put together for you.)
1. Let's say you have no product and no
money...but you have a burning desire to sell an information product in a niche
market. And let's say, for example, you're really into motorcycles. You read
lots of motorcycle publications and attend all the trade shows, etc.
Now, one day at a show, you see a product being
sold or a strategy being used that you think would be of great interest to
others in the motorcycle niche. So, you approach the person with the product or
marketing strategy, explaining your interest in selling an information product,
and work out a Joint Venture deal.
They'll work with you in putting the product
together: You'll supply information and marketing knowledge they're sure not to
know about; they'll supply money to test the first few ads. You agree to take
all the phone calls and handling administration.
And, voila, a Joint Venture is born!
Deals like this get cut everyday. By people we
know...and by us, as well! This is an example of how to get started with no
money! Or, could easily be used as an additional back end product offer!
As another example, one of our members just like
you, who had no money, and no product, found a guy who had a product and
money...and formed a Joint Venture. They spent $200 on their first ad, which
brought in over $3,000! They reinvested the money, and their second ad brought
in over $38,000 in their second month!!!! (Are you getting excited yet?)
2. Another example: You see a product being
marketed retail.
You contact the company and learn they're not
selling through any kind of direct marketing. You cut a deal to sell their
product -- whether a book, tapes, software, or whatever -- through direct
marketing. You hold the rights to sell it through direct marketing, while they
continue to sell the product retail. (By the way, it's been proven that direct
marketing of a product dramatically improves its sale in comparison to retail.)
3. You see this kind of Joint Venture all the
time.
A place like McDonald's or Burger King offers a
set of something or other from a movie or TV show, to its customers! You know,
like Burger King offering "Pocahontas" glasses when you buy a certain type of
food or drink.
That is a Joint Venture between Burger King and
Disney. Burger King supplies the customers, and Disney provides the products!
The idea, of course, is that the glasses will
drive people (particularly kids) into the restaurant to get the glasses. People
who wouldn't have come in just for the wonderful food without the premium. I
have no idea what the specific arrangements are on this Joint Venture, but the
concept is exactly like what we're going to teach you. (Probably on a smaller
scale, of course!)
Burger King gets more customers that they
wouldn't have had, and Disney gets advertising for the movie, and other deals
(other Joint Ventures with toy manufacturers or TV networks?) connected with the
movie! Everyone comes out ahead! (Except the parents who get stuck buying food
to get the stupid glasses!)
By the way, as of this writing, McDonald's
recently ran a Joint Venture with Parker Brothers on a "Monopoly" contest. It
was the most successful promotion the company EVER did! EVER! (It brought in
MILLIONS OF EXTRA DOLLARS above their normal revenue for that time!)

There are countless examples of how you can put
together a Joint Venture program and work with other people.
Now, the plus side of Joint Ventures is that it's
possible to get money coming in very quickly, without you originally having the
product or money or customers!
(Of course, you end up keeping only part of the
profits on the deal, rather than all; but you don't have to come up with your
own product or spend your own money! And, as Norton told Ralph Cramden, a
percentage of something...is better than 100% of NOTHING!!)
Joint Ventures are not for everyone...we're not
saying that.
BUT, they are one of the quickest ways to both
get a business started and to increase business through back-end sales. Let
me explain:
When I first started my company that sells
information to financial services professionals, all I had, in the first several
months, was an initial product to sell. I knew from listening to Dan Kennedy
and my own intuition that I had better come up with some back-end products.
At the time, I didn't have anything else
available.
I wasn't even sure what else my customers
wanted! What I ended up doing was contacting Dan to try and sell some of his
products along with my own. Of course, we cut a deal. We began listing his
products in my catalogue and materials -- to sell to my customers.
Eventually, time passed, and I created more of my
own products. I sold them while keeping other people's products available
continuously through different Joint Venture arrangements.
Now, obviously I don't get to keep all the money
as I would if I created all the products on my own. But, there are three
reasons why I do it all the same:

The product already exists, and there's
expertise in that particular area. That makes the time factor for testing
the product practically zero. I can very quickly run a test ad in my
monthly newsletter to see if my customers are interested. And,
-
The cost for me to personally take the time
to learn everything about the product (or get the expertise knowledge that's
being sold) is, in many cases, too expensive. My time is better spent
doing other things! (Like developing new things to test, or playing with my
kids!)
-
I don't care that I don't get to keep 100% of
the profits. The way I see it, 50%, or whatever we agree on, that I can
collect upon having done nothing but the marketing, is well worth it!
Yes, I've made a fortune off Joint Ventures,
offering back-end products. And, I've done it on the front-end, too!
One company I have done very well with started as
a Joint Venture project.
My Joint Venture partner had expertise in an area
that I didn't have. But, I am an expert in marketing and starting up an
information marketing business. We combined forces, and the company took off
from DAY ONE! I did the marketing, he provided the expertise, and we were off to
the races!
That business took in a
record $292,412 in sales in one month! Even though I am splitting the money with
my partner, my share is a hell of a lot more than 100% of NOTHING!
So, yes, I have made a lot of money from Joint
Ventures!
And, yes, I will continue to work on Joint
Ventures -- because there is no way to operate from an island if you want to
maximize your potential, particularly on the back-end.
It's very difficult to create a constant stream
of back-end products or customers that are all yours, without other people's
involvement. (Plus, reinventing the wheel can sometimes be downright stupid!)
Now, there are some downsides to Joint Ventures.
You have to understand the legal implications, what can go wrong, and what to
watch out for.
But, after having participated in so many Joint
Ventures -- some of which have worked beautifully, some just okay, and some
poorly -- I KNOW that my experience will save you all the agony and suffering
that comes with "trial and error" approaches. We're going to give you specific
and detailed instructions in what to do and what not to do, how to do things
correctly and avoid mistakes!
